Tandoori Mushrooms are a popular vegetarian option in Indian cuisine. The tandoor, a traditional clay oven, is typically used to cook tandoori dishes, but they can also be prepared using a grill or oven. The marinade gives the mushrooms a delicious smoky flavor and a vibrant red color.

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, salt, and vegetable oil to make the marinade.

Add the mushroom caps to the marinade and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated mushrooms onto skewers.

Grill the mushrooms for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked and slightly charred.
