  3. Add the mushroom caps to the marinade and coat them well. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread the marinated mushrooms onto skewers.
  6. Grill the mushrooms for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked and slightly charred.
  7. Remove from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
