Tandoori mushrooms are a popular vegetarian alternative to tandoori chicken in Indian cuisine.

In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.

Add the mushrooms to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Preheat the grill.

Skewer the marinated mushrooms and grill them for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked and slightly charred.

Remove from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
