Ingredients
  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 clove Garlic Cloves
  • 3 tablespoon Pine Nuts
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Drain and rinse the artichoke hearts.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the artichoke hearts, basil leaves, lemon juice, garlic cloves, pine nuts, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
