Ingredients
  • 300 gram Sweet Potatoes
  • 200 gram Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Ghee
  • 2 piece Green Chilies
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Boil the sweet potatoes until tender. Peel and mash them.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, whole wheat flour, ghee, green chilies, ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a soft dough.
  4. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each ball into a small circle.
  5. Place a portion of the sweet potato mixture in the center of each circle and fold the edges to seal it.
  6. Roll out each stuffed ball into a paratha.
  7. Heat a pan and cook the parathas on both sides until golden brown, using ghee or oil.
  8. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle.
