  • 500 gram Sweet potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes.
  3. Slice the sweet potatoes into thin, even rounds.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder until well coated.
  5. Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
