  • 500 gram Sweet Potatoes
  • 100 gram Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 tablespoon Chives
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Peel and grate the sweet potatoes.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated sweet potatoes, flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, chives, and olive oil.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small cakes or patties.
