  • 500 gram Sweet Potatoes
  • 500 gram Russet Potatoes
  • 4 clove Garlic Cloves
  • 4 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes and russet potatoes, then cut them into evenly-sized fries.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the fries, minced garlic cloves, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Toss well to evenly coat the fries in the seasonings.
  4. Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
