  3. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into steaks.
  4. In a bowl, combine the grated carrots, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Place the tofu steaks in a baking dish and pour the carrot mixture over them, making sure they are coated evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and the tofu is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
