In a large bowl, mix together almond butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.

Add rolled oats, chia seeds, and dark chocolate chips to the bowl. Stir well to combine.

Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Press the mixture firmly into the dish.

Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 1 hour.

Once set, remove from the dish and cut into bars.
