  2. Add the yogurt and warm water to the bowl and mix well until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for 1 hour.
  5. Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C) and place a baking sheet or pizza stone inside to heat up.
  6. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each portion into a round or oval shape.
