Snow peas are a good source of vitamin C and dietary fiber.
This is vegan, gluten free and low carb recipe. Dish can be prepared in 35 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Wash the snow peas and remove the strings. Blanch them in boiling water for 1 minute, then transfer to ice water to cool.

Cut the tofu, carrot, and green onions into small pieces. Mince the garlic and ginger.

Heat a pan over medium heat and add sesame oil. Stir-fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add the tofu, carrot, and green onions to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Stuff the tofu mixture into the blanched snow peas.

Steam the stuffed snow peas for 5 minutes.

Let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
