  1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, water, and salt. Knead into a smooth dough.
  2. In a separate bowl, mash the boiled potatoes. Add chopped onion, green chili, fresh coriander, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a small circle.
  4. Place a spoonful of the potato mixture in the center of the dough circle.
  5. Fold the edges of the dough to cover the filling and form a ball.
  6. Roll the stuffed dough ball into a circle, applying gentle pressure.
  7. Heat a tawa (griddle) and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, applying oil as needed.
  8. Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or raita.
