Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.

Add ground cumin, chili powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir well.

Add crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, kidney beans, and black beans. Season with salt and black pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
