Ingredients
  • 4 cup Stone fruits (peaches, plums, or nectarines)
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup Almonds (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the stone fruits and place them in a baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, rolled oats, sliced almonds, coconut sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Drizzle coconut oil and maple syrup over the dry mixture. Mix well.
  5. Sprinkle the almond mixture evenly over the sliced stone fruits.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the fruits are soft.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
