Add bean sprouts and bean curd, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until bean sprouts are slightly wilted.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper, and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
