Ingredients
  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 6 leaves Basil
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic, and sauté until onions are translucent.
  3. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper, and sugar.
  4. Cover the pot and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  6. Remove from heat, add basil leaves, and let it rest for a few minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
