Ingredients
  • 1.5 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Applesauce
  • 0.5 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup Chopped apple
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, mix together the applesauce, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped apple.
  5. Grease a small loaf pan and pour the batter into it.
  6. Place the loaf pan in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the steamer and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve.
