  • 8 ounce Spinach
  • 1 cup Apricots
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Almonds
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine spinach and sliced apricots.
