  3. Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth. Alternatively, transfer the soup to a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Season with salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Stir in chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Allow the soup to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
