  3. Add chili bean paste and stir-fry for a minute.
  4. Add tofu, soy sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add blanched spinach and water. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and salt. Serve hot.
