  • 1 teaspoon Szechuan Peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 2 stalk Green Onions
Instructions

  2. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
