Boil the sweet potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them.

In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, all-purpose flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well to form a dough.

Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into round puffs.

Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the sweet potato puffs until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
