In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, bell peppers, olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes and peppers are well coated.

Spread the potato mixture on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
