Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Konyaku
  • 1 cup Canned White Beans
  • 1 piece Bell Pepper
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Rinse the konyaku under cold water and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic, and ginger to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add konyaku to the pan and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir well to coat the konyaku and vegetables with the spices.
  6. Add canned white beans to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Drizzle lemon juice over the stir-fry and toss to combine.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
