Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.

Add bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, and sauté for 5 minutes.

Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, and vegetable stock.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
