Ingredients
  • 200 gram Gai Lan (Chinese Broccoli)
  • 250 gram Bean Curd (Tofu)
  • 4 cup Vegetable Stock
  • 1 piece Red Chili Pepper
  • 2 piece Garlic Clove
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 piece Spring Onion
  • 10 gram Coriander Leaves
Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the Gai Lan into small pieces.
  2. Cut the Bean Curd into cubes.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pot and add chopped garlic, ginger, and red chili pepper. Stir-fry for a minute.
  4. Add Gai Lan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add vegetable stock, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the Bean Curd cubes and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander leaves.
  8. Serve hot.
