Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots into thin coins.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Add the carrot coins to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add the coated carrot coins.
  5. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the carrots are tender and slightly charred.
  6. Serve hot as a spicy and flavorful appetizer.
