Ingredients
  • 500 gram Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 cup Peaches
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the sweet potatoes to a baking dish and spread them out in an even layer.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. While the sweet potatoes are baking, slice the peaches into thin wedges.
  7. After the sweet potatoes are done baking, remove them from the oven and gently stir in the sliced peaches.
  8. Allow the dish to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
