Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and salt.

In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Stir in the maple syrup and vanilla extract.

Pour the coconut oil mixture over the oat mixture and mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Fold in the dried cranberries and chopped pecans.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly onto the sheet.

Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
