Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add shredded cabbage and coconut. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add water, cover the pan, and let it cook for 10-15 minutes or until the cabbage is tender.

Remove the lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes to evaporate any excess moisture.
