Ingredients
  • 15 ounce Canned chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the canned chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lime juice, olive oil, garlic cloves, ground cumin, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper, cilantro, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. Transfer the hummus to a serving bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve the Southwest Lime Hummus with your favorite vegetables, pita bread, or tortilla chips.
