Ingredients
  • 200 gram Onion
  • 100 gram Tomato
  • 4 piece Dried Red Chilies
  • 2 piece Garlic Cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Tamarind Pulp
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add dried red chilies. Fry for a minute.
  2. Add chopped onions and garlic cloves. Saute until onions turn translucent.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool down and then grind it along with tamarind pulp and salt.
  5. Serve the chutney with dosa, idli, or any South Indian dish.
