  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 150 gram Onion
  • 100 gram Celery
  • 400 gram Tomatoes
  • 200 gram Corn
  • 150 gram Green beans
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
