  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 250 gram Onions
  • 300 gram Pasta
  • 4 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 20 gram Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the solar cooker.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into halves and slice the onions.
  3. Place the tomatoes and onions in a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes and onions.
  5. Crush the garlic cloves and sprinkle them over the vegetables.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Place the baking dish in the solar cooker and cook for 1 hour.
  8. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  9. Once the tomatoes and onions are roasted, remove them from the solar cooker.
  10. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the roasted vegetables.
  11. Toss well to combine.
  12. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  13. Let the pasta rest for 10 minutes before serving.
