Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.

Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
