Ingredients
  • 4 cup Cooked rice
  • 4 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until golden brown and fragrant.
  3. Add cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes, breaking up any clumps.
  4. Drizzle soy sauce over the rice and continue to stir-fry for another minute.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Remove from heat and let the sinangag rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
