  • 2 cup Rice flour
  • 1 cup Tapioca flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

  4. Pour the batter into the greased dish.
