  • 1 cup Bell pepper
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the zucchini, carrot, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes into thin slices.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sliced vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Arrange the vegetable slices in the shape of flowers on a baking sheet.
