Ingredients
  • 400 gram Tofu
  • 2 piece Red bell peppers
  • 2 piece Yellow bell peppers
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoon Tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Sour cream
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking oil
Instructions
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into cubes.
  2. Heat cooking oil in a large pot and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the tomato paste and paprika powder.
  5. Add the tofu cubes and vegetable broth. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Cover the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve the stew with a dollop of sour cream and garnish with fresh parsley.
