Ingredients
  • 500 gram Bok Choy
  • 2 piece Red Chilis
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 thumb-sized piece Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
  1. Wash the bok choy thoroughly and cut into halves.
  2. Thinly slice the garlic and ginger.
  3. Cut the red chilis into small pieces.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  5. Add garlic, ginger, and red chilis to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  6. Add the bok choy and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  7. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and sugar to the wok and stir-fry for another minute.
  8. Serve hot.
