Ingredients
  • 200 gram Noodles
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 3 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 stalk Green Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Carrot
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, and sliced green onions.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked noodles, sliced cucumber, and shredded carrot. Pour the dressing over the noodles and toss to coat.
  4. Let the noodles rest for 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
