Wash and dry the okra. Cut them into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and add sesame seeds. Roast them until golden brown.

Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.

Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
