Ingredients
  • 4 piece Ripe plantains
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Peel the plantains and cut them into diagonal slices.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the plantain slices to the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until they turn golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt over the plantains and toss gently to coat.
