Press tofu to remove excess water and cut into cubes.

Cook noodles according to package instructions.

In a pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger.

Add carrots and mushrooms, cook until slightly tender.

Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Add tofu and simmer for 10 minutes.

Stir in soy sauce and chili flakes.

Divide cooked noodles into serving bowls and pour the soup over.

Garnish with green onions, lime juice, and cilantro.

Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
