  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 2 large Tomato
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 2 juice of Lime
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  2. Dice the avocado, tomato, red onion, and cucumber, and add them to the bowl.
  3. Finely chop the cilantro and add it to the bowl.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
