  • 4 ounce Cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoon Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon Dill
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the rutabaga into thin rounds.
