Ingredients
  • 2 cup Chickpeas
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the top off the head of garlic to expose the cloves. Drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30 minutes.
  3. In a food processor, combine the roasted garlic, chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and water. Blend until smooth.
  4. If desired, garnish with additional olive oil, paprika, and parsley.
  5. Serve with pita bread, vegetables, or chips.
