Rinse the pinto beans and soak them overnight in water.

Drain and rinse the soaked beans.

In a crock pot, combine the soaked beans, chopped onion, minced garlic cloves, ketchup, molasses, brown sugar, yellow mustard, apple cider vinegar, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and water.

Stir well to combine all the ingredients.

Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4 hours, or until the beans are tender.
