Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh coriander leaves
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the oil, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt.
  4. Add the potatoes to the bowl and toss them well to coat with the spice mixture.
  5. Transfer the coated potatoes to a baking tray and spread them out in a single layer.
  6. Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
