  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ras el Hanout spice blend
  • 3 tablespoon Tahini
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Water
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Ras el Hanout spice blend.
  4. Toss to coat the cauliflower evenly.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and tender.
  6. While the cauliflower is roasting, prepare the tahini sauce.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and water until smooth.
  8. Once the cauliflower is done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Drizzle the roasted cauliflower with the tahini sauce.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  11. Serve as a side dish or appetizer.
